Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized
Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
Provide general information about the dealership, promotions, and services
Handle customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
