Looking for a responsible, reliable, and motivated individual with an administrative background for a busy Chiropractic Clinic in Oromocto. *Position at the moment approximately 23-26hrs/week and does include evenings. *Duties include: greet and welcome patients upon arrival, answer phone calls, bill insurance companies/patients, schedule and confirm appointments, laundry, and light cleaning/sanitizing. *Other duties include: emailing, photocopying and faxing. *Professional attitude and appearance with great communication skills. *Must have great organizational and time-management skills as multitasking will be required. *Must be able to work well with others and be a part of the team. * Bilingual an asset We offer a great working environment so we are really looking for someone who will add to our wonderful female driven team!
