ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

To greet club members and guests, provide information about club rules, and perform a variety of administrative. Manage dining reservations Manage special event registration Track guest entry and exit Be familiar with club rules and provide information about them to members & guests Compile and balance deposits on a daily basis Receive cash and cheque payments File member use records and retrieve them for member inquiries Perform opening and closing procedures at Reception Maintain a professional reception area

Additional duties as assigned by manager

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Outlook, Word, and Excel skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional phone manner High School graduate Reception, customer service, and bookkeeping experience are assets
