How you will create an impact




We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive individual to serve as our Receptionist and Office Services Coordinator. This multifaceted role combines front-desk responsibilities, office coordination, and facilities services support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:



Reception & Front Desk:



Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy. Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and messages. Manage reception area to maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services. Manage visitor access, issue guest badges, and maintain security protocols.

Office Coordination:



Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, including setup and cleanup. Assist, catering orders, and event logistics. Provide administrative support such as document formatting, data entry, and internal communications. Support onboarding/offboarding of employees, including desk setup and access provisioning. Print/scan and prepare mail for mailing. Assist with monitoring the office environment to help ensure a positive workplace experience. Support in the execution of Daily and Monthly Checklists checklist. Provide support for ongoing initiatives such as the First Responder Program, process optimization efforts, and other key projects as needed.

Onboarding/Offboarding



Assist with submitting the necessary tickets for new hires for application provisioning Provide daily / weekly/Monthly status reports to Manager

What you'll need to succeed



High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or a related role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service orientation.

Preferred Skills:



Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organizing, and disseminating abundant information accurately. Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft products is a must, be able to create reports. Etc. Be able to multitask. Customer centric
