YOU MUST LIVE IN THE TORONTO TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION AM Legal Services Professional Corporation is a Traffic Ticket Law Firm specializing in 80% Traffic Law and 20% Criminal Law. We are currently looking to hire a Full Time Receptionist / Office Assistant, preferably someone from within our industry of law or have at least some legal experience. This can lead to Full Time employment. EXPERIENCE WITHIN OUR INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED BUT NOT NECESSARY FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE ! Recent graduates from the Paralegal Diploma and Law clerk Diploma programs will be definitely be considered for an interview. Must be able to type 45-50 wpm and have advanced knowledge of Word. The ideal candidate MUST be able to draft letters to our clients, have a good command of the English language and be well-spoken. You cannot be shy but rather be confident when speaking to our clients who sometimes may come across aggressive over the phone. This is a routine position where answering phone calls will be required throughout the day, as well as contacting the court to obtain information for the Paralegals and Lawyers in the firm. You will also be responsible to locate files and update all files as clients call in throughout the day This is an extremely high pressure-fast paced environment where you MUST be able to multitask. You will be on the computer during your entire shift. This will be a desk position in a closed environment within the office. However, for your safety. you will have NO direct contact with our clients. In return, we offer (in writing) a salary review every 90 days of employment well as employee benefits ( dental and medical) after 90 days of employment. We are looking to hire the right candidate immediately ! Job Type: Full-time Salary: $39,000.00-$48,000.00 per year Benefits:
