Position Objective
Welcome and greet all visitors in a polite and courteous manner, determine nature of visit, and direct visitors to specific personnel or destination
Operate main switchboard by providing telephone answering services, determine purpose of calls and inquiries, and connect phone calls to appropriate persons
Retrieve messages from voicemail, schedule appointments and maintain correspondence logs in spreadsheets
Responsible for stocking vehicles into CRM software (ONE-EIGHTY), completing dealer trades, receiving and receipting deposits from customers
Perform administrative support duties including (but not limited to) filing, photocopying, faxing, and emailing
Participate in events both on site and off site.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 42.5 per week
