Duties & Responsibilities:



Reception:



Greeting clients. Serving water and coffee as needed. Handling incoming and outgoing mail. Answering the phone and transferring calls. Ensuring the office is kept clean and in good order. Maintaining stock for office and kitchen supplies. Administrative support for CFO Depositing cheques Maintaining calendar for boardrooms Opening and closing office. Maintaining physical and digital legal libraries.

Skills Required:



Ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take direction. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite..
