Responsibilities
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional manner
Have experience working with Universal Scheduling
Be familiar with EHC, MVA, WSIB, and more cases
Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
Provide customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Familiarity with medical or dental office environments is a plus but not required.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Universal scheduling (for booking and scheduling appointments)
