We have been family-owned and operated since 1960 and have constantly adapted our services to reflect our customers' needs and industry demands.
Our NORTH VANCOUVER location is seeking a FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST. We are an ICBC accredited facility and have been OEM Certified by BMW, MINI, TESLA & CERTIFIED COLLISION CARE (CCC).
Strongly recommended all applicants have some administrative or customer service experience.
TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
-fielding incoming calls
-helping walk-in customers
-booking customer appointments
-creating files for customers
-preparing files for payment
-coordinating with ICBC and other insurance companies regarding claims
-arranging rental vehicles for customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
