:We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada. The chosen candidate will provide pivotal support in our busy office setting. You will be an essential part of the team, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

  • Operate multi-line phone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy, updating and maintaining customer records in the system
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to create, manage, and maintain organized files and documents
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, optimizing time management for office personnel
  • Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment
  • Distribute incoming mail to appropriate recipients within the office
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to organize files systematically
  • Experience in scheduling appointments effectively
