We are looking for a bilingual French-English receptionist to join our team in Montreal, located near Ville de Mont-Royal and easily accessible by public transportation.As a receptionist within this renowned family funeral business, you will be part of a close-knit team. Your main responsibilities will include managing calls and various administrative tasks.This position requires excellent organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. In return, we offer an attractive salary and benefits package, including group insurance.Please note that the working days for this position are Sunday through Thursday.Advantages
Here\'s what we\'re offering for this receptionist position:

  • Joining a family-owned funeral company in Montreal, operating for 5 generations.
  • Office in Montreal, accessible by public transportation, and close to Town of Mount Royal.
  • Schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, 40 hours per week.
  • Salary ranging from $47,000 to $52,000.
  • 2 weeks of vacation.
  • Group insurance.
  • Opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming calls.
  • Data entry and file management.
  • Working as a team to coordinate procedures.
Qualifications
  • 3 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  • Team spirit and demonstrated professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in French and English.
