The National Dispatch Group is seeking a receptionist to fill the following needs:
- Answer calls and re-direct or take messages
- Manage office supply needs
- Book/manage suppliers for office needs
- Handle mail duties
- Assist billing department with data entry
Requirements
- Bilingual English/French
- Education: DEC or BA, or equivalent work experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of Quickbooks or similar accounting software is not required, but is preferred
This is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm job at the company headquarters.
