Our client, one of Canada's leading investment managers, is looking to hire a Receptionist for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 37.5 hrs/week (possibility of one day of telecommuting) ;

- Substantial bonus, up to 8% (depending on the performance of the company and the individual);
- Summer schedule;
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors;
- Answer, screen and transfer calls;
- Manage and track room reservation requests (using Outlook);
- Coordinate food and beverage requests for conference room meetings;
- Conduct service calls and follow up with vendors who provide office maintenance and related services;
- Ensure cleanliness of common areas (kitchen, meeting rooms, etc.), including loading and emptying dishwashers ;
- Sort and prepare mail for distribution by various courier services;
- Coordinate travel and accommodations (flight, lodging and car rental);
- Ensure office security by controlling access to the reception area;
- Perform any other tasks related to the nature of your duties;
Qualifications
- College diploma in office administration, secretarial studies or other relevant discipline;
- At least three years experience as a receptionist in a similar role;
- Strong customer focus, organizational, listening and greeting skills;
- Demonstrated high professional standards, discretion and diplomacy;
- Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Bilingualism (French and English, oral and written);
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as a mastery of Outlook;
