We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with
dental offices, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace is highly desirable. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring a positive experience for clients and staff alike.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional front desk presence
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Handle scheduling, appointments, and calendar management for staff or medical/dental offices
Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing, photocopying, and document proofreading
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Support administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with office procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry applications
Experience with ABELDENT is a MUST
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing
Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette for multi-line phone systems
Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently in a busy environment
Strong organizational skills to manage filing systems and office workflow effectively
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism at all times
Previous experience in dental offices is highly desirable and must
