The Opportunity:

We are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our team! The receptionist will support our team by performing a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a high attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple tasks with ease.

Key Responsibilities:



answer telephone, screen and direct calls take and relay messages provide information to callers greet persons entering organization direct persons to correct destination deal with queries from the public and customers ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness provide general administrative and clerical support. prepare correspondence and documents. receive and sort mail and deliveries schedule appointments and interviews maintain a daily call log organize conference and meeting room bookings co-ordinate meetings and organize appointments for management monitor and maintain office equipment control inventory relevant to reception area Clean and tidy reception and lobby area order office supplies any other related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

What you Bring:



Post secondary education

, college diploma or university degree.

A minimum of

2 years

of

previous reception experience

.

Knowledge of office management systems

and procedures.

Excellent

time management skills

ability to multitask

and prioritize work.

Excellent written and verbal

Proficiency in MS Office

Location and Commitment:



In-Office at our Mississauga Head Office We offer flexible start and end times. For our non-operations professionals, our corporate office is open to employees to work Monday through Friday 8AM - 7PM; we believe employees should have the ability to flex their workdays to fit their schedules.
