Key Responsibilities:

Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls. Receiving and sorting daily mail. Keep check of attendance. Prepare attendance reports. Keep track and distribution of stationery items. Prepare and distribute employee badges. Assist the department with ad-hoc jobs.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in handling multiple phone lines at a time. Proficiency with computers, ability to work in most Windows applications, especially Microsoft Excel.

Business Strategy Skills & Industry Knowledge:

Good interpersonal skills with the ability to contribute support and enhance the ITN team. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all departments. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, focus on guest relations, collaborate with others, and demonstrate high integrity. Reasonable technical skills to be able to use given systems effectively and proactively support all ITN communication systems. The ability to communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) and with members of the ITN team.
