Receptionist

Position Title: Full Time Receptionist - Milton - Team Honda. Operating hours include core business hours as well as some shifts into the evening and rotating Saturdays. This position is a 5 day work week.

Core Responsibilities:

Telephone communications and reception Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit Vehicle licensing and administration Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments Participate in administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner Organizational ability and attention to detail Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals One (1) year of reception experience or equivalent preferred Dealership experience preferred Licensing experience will be considered an asset
