Here at Hickman's, all of our receptionists are titled as

The Manager of First Impressions

. They are responsible for creating a positive impression on all of our customers. This will be done by greeting customers, discovering their needs, and assisting them around the dealership. You will be tasked to make every customer's day!

Responsibilities:

Greeting every customer with a smile Ensuring the showroom looks approachable for customers Engaging with waiting customers (i.e. Offering water bottles, coffee, etc.) Smiling on a regular basis Administrative duties Maintaining a strong positive first impression for the dealership by presenting a professional and cheerful presence Track interactions with your customers via spreadsheet (i.e. phone calls, ileads, requests, walk-ins) Updating service customers' appointments on an Excel spreadsheet from Determine Inputting service customer information into V-Auto Assigning non-assigned service customers to sales consultants Emailing next-day service appointments to sales consultants Inputting vehicle information into Deskit, CDK

Qualifications:

Truly enjoys interacting with people Passionate about customer service Excellent interpersonal, telephone, and verbal communication skills Thrives in a team environment Has a strong work ethic and takes pride/ownership of their work Solid computer skills Recognizing customer satisfaction is the top priority

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in customer service would be considered an asset.
