is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

AutoSpa Manager

to lead our professional vehicle detailing operation. The

AutoSpa Manager

will oversee all aspects of the detailing business, ensuring high-quality service delivery, efficient operations, and a positive customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for automotive care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the AutoSpa, including scheduling, workflow, and staff supervision. Oversee all vehicle detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, waxing, and ceramic coatings. Ensure all vehicles meet dealership standards for cleanliness and presentation. Train and mentor detailing staff on techniques, safety procedures, and customer service. Monitor inventory of detailing supplies and equipment; order and restock as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Collaborate with service, sales, and delivery departments to coordinate vehicle preparation. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly. Track performance metrics, productivity, and quality control standards. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive detailing, with at least 1 year in a leadership or management role. Strong knowledge of detailing techniques, products, and equipment, including ceramic coatings. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Experience working in a dealership environment is an asset.
