As the front-line ambassador, the Receptionist ensures every guest receives a warm welcome and that daily administrative functions run smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, reliable, and thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
Schedule appointments and maintain front desk organization
Support general administrative tasks including filing and handling correspondence
Coordinate basic office communications and assist with dealership events
