Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Glenn Foote Auto Repair. Located in a bustling automotive environment, this role is crucial for maintaining efficient front desk operations and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

Check customers in, tag keys, and verify work to be completed. Manage phone calls and provide information regarding services offered, accurately record information provided by customers. Inform customers of the estimated costs and document authorization of work to be completed. Calling customers to let them know their vehicle is ready for pickup and informing them of all work completed and advisories from Technicians. Take payments, print paid invoices, and giving customer their keys. Maintain an organized and clean front desk/waiting area to enhance workflow and customer experience. Filing customer invoices/estimates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be reliable Must have clear English oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
