Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring smooth communication.
Schedule appointments and manage the meeting room calendar.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Handle office supplies inventory and order new items as needed.
Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
Ensure all incoming and outgoing mail is processed efficiently.
Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (preferred, but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
