We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer, screen and forward incoming calls.
Greet clients.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
Manage digital calendars and coordinate important meetings in person and virtually.
Manage special equipment to convert paper documents into digital files for archiving or use in various software applications.
Manage office supplies.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
Strong customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.
Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience as a front desk clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail.
Bilingualism is an asset.
