ensure the final touchpoint with guests is a success;

in addition to being the first point of contact for our guests you will also be the last. from offering upgrades and add-ons to services, to upselling products, you're continuously on the lookout for opportunities to offer our guests more than what they came for. you'll also be an expert at checking guests out after their services, processing gift cards and supporting guests with online purchases and informing them about our memberships. when the guest experience hasn't been so smooth, you will take corrective action and work to recover situations in the moment so that by the end of their appointment, they do leave feeling like they've had a 10/10 experience.
