We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed, and greeting individuals as they enter and exit the facility. You will also provide assistance with parking inquiries and issue complimentary parking passes when applicable. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, including the sale of meal tickets and other items. In emergency situations, you will initiate status announcements using the overhead paging system and make general announcements for meetings, daily prayers, birthdays, and other events. You will maintain the schedule for site tours and assist prospective residents and their families with inquiries. As part of your role, you will collect required documentation for visiting pets and issue pet ID tags in accordance with facility policy. It will also be your responsibility to ensure that the front entrance, foyer, reception desk, and administrative areas are always clean and organized.
