Job Description

Pennock Acheson Nielsen Devaney LLP is looking for a professional and reliable Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for providing courteous internal and external customer service and supporting the administration team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities



Professionally greeting clients and guests Answering phones, directing calls to internal staff, and taking messages when necessary General administrative duties such as filing, mail and courier management, scanning and photocopying, typing, and sending faxes Assembly of client packages and tax packages Other duties as required

Education & Experience



The desire and willingness to learn Customer service experience 1-2 years in a professional office setting is considered an asset

Skills & Knowledge



Knowledge of general office administration activities Computer and technology skills including Microsoft Suite Interpersonal and communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Basic understanding of filing systems
