• Able to multi-task, prioritize and problem solve effectively
• Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Actively listen and respond to client needs
• Accurate in appointments and billing
• Flexible and willing to help others
• Available to work evenings and weekends
• Experienced in using both appointment and accounting software
• Strong computer skills and customer service experience
