Welcome and check in clients with warmth, professionalism, and proper business etiquette
Manage appointments, cancellations, and confirmations using
Jane software (JaneApp)
Handle incoming communications (phone, email, DMs) with clarity, discretion, and polish
Guide clients through check-out and product purchases using our POS system
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the front desk and reception area
Communicate with aestheticians and team members to ensure a smooth workflow
Track and restock front-of-house inventory and product displays
Assist in administrative tasks, promotions, and boutique marketing initiatives
Uphold client confidentiality and privacy standards at all times
Skills
Previous experience in reception or front desk roles (beauty, spa, or med spa preferred)
Proficiency with Jane software (JaneApp)
or similar scheduling platforms
Strong understanding of
professional business etiquette
in client interactions
Polished communication and writing skills
Highly organized, detail-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy; comfortable using booking tools, social media, and POS systems
A warm, polished, and professional appearance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling multi-line phone systems.
Ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
