The Injectionist & Aesthetics is seeking a polished, reliable, and highly organized

Full-Time Receptionist

to join our award-winning medical aesthetics team. As one of Calgary and Edmonton's leading cosmetic clinics, we pride ourselves on delivering a luxury experience and exceptional client care. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains impeccable attention to detail, and upholds our high service standards.

Schedule



This is a

full-time, in-clinic

position with set hours:

Tuesday - Thursday:

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Friday & Saturday:

9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Five days per week consistent schedule*

Role Overview



The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and is essential in maintaining smooth daily operations. You will handle everything from client communication to bookings, administrative coordination, and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently on our busiest days.

This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a welcoming, professional environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Communication



Answering incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly Providing accurate information about treatments, pricing, and policies Welcoming clients upon arrival and guiding them through their visit Sending review requests and follow-up communication

Booking & Administrative Duties



Managing scheduling and booking clients appropriately Completing appointment confirmations and maintaining accurate records Monitoring and tending to waitlists in proper order and priority Organizing paperwork, charts, files, and forms Maintaining accurate daily batch-out and cash-out procedures Re-booking clients efficiently and accurately

Clinic Operations & Support



Assisting with daily clinic flow and operations Selling products and maintaining strong product knowledge (training provided) Monitoring and updating inventory lists Light cleaning, tidying, and maintaining a polished clinic environment Supporting marketing tasks when needed

Requirements & Preferred ExperienceRequired:



Minimum

2 years of receptionist or administrative experience

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor and client-centered personality Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Major Assets (Highly Preferred):



Experience in the medical aesthetics field

Proficiency with JaneApp

Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products

(ZO, iS Clinical, Alumier, etc.) Sales experience and confidence speaking about treatments Ability to learn treatment information quickly and accurately
