Grover Law Firm is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our intake team in Calgary. The position's focus is to confidently present clear service information to potential clients with the goal of encouraging the decision to hire our firm. This requires strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat and e-mail, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake.

Position Summary:



Reporting to the Case Manager, the Legal Intake Coordinator will screen, interview, and onboard new clients.

We seek an outgoing and focused individual who can manage a high-volume, time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary, and the role requires both independent and team-based work. The ideal candidate is client-focused, compassionate, understanding and patient.

Key responsibilities:



Handle all new case intakes and client consultations

Interview and onboard new clients

Initiate phone calls in response to all electronic inquiries

Maintain a tracking system of leads, new clients, and referral sources

You have:



2+ years of experience in customer service, office administration, or sales

Insurance claims experience (an asset)

Great "phone personality" - friendly, welcoming, and professional tone

Compassionate and comforting demeanor - must convey empathy when speaking with clients who have suffered injuries or losses

Strong time management skills

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Extreme attention to detail
