They will be a natural problem-solver, resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.A professional and welcoming demeanor is essential for this role, along with excellent attention to detail, particularly when managing high-volume requests. The ideal candidate will consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone, while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.Duties and Responsibilities:The key job functions are:

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner using MS Teams
• Greet visitors and notify appropriate team members of their arrival
• Coordinate all courier services, including incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Manage boardroom bookings for internal and external meetings
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of reception, boardrooms, and kitchen areas
• Monitor inventory levels and order office and kitchen supplies as required
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Provide support for small-scale event planning and coordination
• Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Experience:

• 2+ years of Reception/Administrative experience is required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite (Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams specifically) is required.

• Strong proficiency with current office technologies and communication platforms
• Highly resourceful and capable of working independently
• Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities

Base Salary: $45,000 xe2x80x93 $48,000

• Salary based on experience
• Full benefits package included

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am xe2x80x93 5:00pm

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
