We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for client information.
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure efficient office operations.
Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative processes.
Support medical or dental office functions if applicable, leveraging relevant experience.
Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems is advantageous.
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices is a plus, particularly in a medical or dental office setting.
