Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and staff with professionalism and a positive attitude. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a timely and courteous manner. Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records. Support bookkeeping functions including data entry, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Prepare, review, and process financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies. Monitor office supplies, place orders as needed, and maintain a tidy and professional front office environment. Provide support on special projects and additional administrative duties as required.

Qualifications:



Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or bookkeeping role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency with bookkeeping software Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new systems. Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field is an asset.
