We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical offices is a plus, but not required. The Receptionist will play a vital role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients promptly with professionalism and courtesy
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and efficiently
Schedule appointments, maintain calendars
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Sheets
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including filing, scanning, and proofreading documents
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing office supplies
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person
Support bookkeeping activities related to billing or invoicing when necessary
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
Experience
Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, especially in office settings such as medical offices
Familiarity Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills essential
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills required
Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations highly desirable
Proven ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Previous experience in medical office environments is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $16.70-$19.00 per hour
