We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor / Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, accurately communicating vehicle needs, and supporting the shop's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly in person and on the phone
Schedule appointments and manage the repair calendar
Listen to customer concerns and accurately relay vehicle issues to technicians
Provide estimates, explain repair recommendations, and obtain customer approvals
Communicate status updates to customers throughout the repair process
Process payments and maintain accurate records and invoices
Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Assist with inventory tracking, part orders, and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or automotive service advisor role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills (experience with shop management software a plus)
Knowledge of automotive terminology and repair processes a bonus
