Job Description
Work Location: Office Atlantic Lottery (AL) is seeking a Receptionist and Winners Support role located in St. John\'s, NL. As our Receptionist and Winners Support key point of contact, you will be reporting to the Key Accounts Manager. Responsible for administrative support to Sales & Service functions, you will also be responsible for backing up the Winners Coordinator. Adaptability, and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of issues, is a key aspect of this position. Providing quality, knowledgeable support to customers, players, and the general public while maintaining confidentiality, corporate image, and integrity is essential in this role.
