About the opportunity:
We're looking for a full time permanent Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for our customers and the organizational hub for our team. This position plays a key role in managing communications, organizing information, and ensuring that client experiences are seamless and consistent. This role is instrumental in keeping our workflow smooth, our communication professional, and our clients happy.

Key Responsibilities
Answer and triage all incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
Perform 100% of systematic follow-ups on unrealized quotes using approved scripts and timelines.
Engage with clients and potential leads through social media by responding to messages and comments on posts.
Maintain an organized OneDrive digital filing system, ensuring files are easy to locate and share.
Update TintPro regularly with job status changes, signed contracts, client notes, and attachments.
Relay job updates and to-do lists to team members via tasks and pipeline allocations.
Support email management, sorting, and prioritizing messages to prevent backlog.
Collaborate closely with project managers and schedulers to ensure accurate communication and efficient workflow.
Maintain a tidy and professional office and kitchen area.
Education, skills and experience:
A minimum of 2 years of previous administrative, receptionist, or customer service experience is required.
Minimum of a high school diploma is required, a certificate or diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration from a recognized college or technical institute if preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, OneDrive, SharePoint and basic CRM or project management tools is required; experience with TintPro would be considered an asset.
This position has a starting rate to increase with experience, and opportunities for bonus performance incentives.
