UTG is looking for a dedicated receptionist/customer service to join our growing team. This position requires a strong reception background, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to function effectively with minimal direction. Duties and responsibilities:
- Daily follow up with customers/leads/external agencies/sign companies/resellers
- Daily update of company clients database
- Managing logistics and products shipment and deliveries
- Compiling potential clients lists and prospects
- Answering phones, mail and general reception tasks
- Minimum High school Diploma
- Strong Background in reception and customer service
- Exceptional English communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience and knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines; Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- Highly motivated, team-oriented mindset, versatile and dependable
- Friendly, positive, and upbeat personality
- French an asset.
- Monday to Friday
- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Secondary School (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
