UTG is looking for a dedicated receptionist/customer service to join our growing team. This position requires a strong reception background, strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to function effectively with minimal direction. Duties and responsibilities:
Daily follow up with customers/leads/external agencies/sign companies/resellers
Daily update of company clients database
Managing logistics and products shipment and deliveries
Compiling potential clients lists and prospects
Answering phones, mail and general reception tasks
Education and experience:
Minimum High school Diploma
Strong Background in reception and customer service
Exceptional English communication skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience and knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines; Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, etc.)
Highly motivated, team-oriented mindset, versatile and dependable
Friendly, positive, and upbeat personality
French an asset.
This is an entry level position but may be reviewed after the 90-day probation period, based on experience and performance. Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday Salary: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Salary: From $18.00 per hour Schedule:
