Roles and Responsibilities

Provide optimal service as the first point of contact and ensure quality guest experience is sustained
Maintain fast food service
Answer incoming phone calls while upholding great phone etiquette in a professional manner
Learn and utilize POS system as Cashier Representative
Operate POS and handle cash and/or credit card/debit card transactions
Assist in packing take-out orders while ensuring high-level accuracy and quality
Store sweeping and general maintenance
