Job Summary


We are a law firm located in the Metrotown area seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, providing exceptional client service, and supporting administrative functions within our office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and clerical skills.

Responsibilities



Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, managing multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate calendars for staff and clients Perform data entry tasks accurately Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper-based Assist with administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence Support bookkeeping activities including invoicing and record keeping Address client inquiries promptly and professionally Handle clerical duties such as mailing, filing, and maintaining office supplies

Qualifications



Proficiency in English and Mandarin (speaking and writing) is required Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Strong memory skills Possess common sense and knowledge Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a law office or with front desk responsibilities is a plus
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
