We have a number of temporary and permanent positions in our core business area for reception and administrative roles.

We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic receptionist and administrator to join our client's team. In these roles you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, business partners and vendors. As such, you are welcoming, friendly personality will be a key attribute that you bring to these positions.

Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors in a polite and well-spoken manner
- Support with basic accounting responsibilities
- Directing calls or assisting if possible
- Follow up with customers for payment of balances
- Process and record customer payments
- Advise customers when orders have arrived
- Data entry and light accounting duties
- Keep track and order office supplies
- Organize inbound and outbound mail
- Provide support for team when necessary

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in reception or administrative roles
- Previous light accounting experience would be an asset
- Excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced skill set in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Positive and friendly personality
- Typing speed (40 words per minute)
- Polished and well presented
