Reception / Administration Position



The successful candidate will provide a warm and friendly experience to our customers. Necessary traits required for this position include an energetic and outgoing personality and good administrative skills. As the largest provider of floor covering and tile on Vancouver Island, these attributes are imperative to achieving high levels of customer service and operational success.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Greeting customers and answering multi?line phone system Accounts Payable and Inventory Maintenance Processing payments from customers Processing inbound and outbound mail Product catalogue maintenance, as required Assist other administrative staff as time permits

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS



1?3 Years Prior Office/Administration Support Experience preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS



Prior experience with a flooring or construction company, an asset but not required

ADDITIONAL NOTES



Hours Required: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
