Summary
Canarm currently has an opening in its Administration Department. As the Receptionist, the successful candidate will be responsible for the operations of the reception area. This 12-month contract will commence November 17th, 2025.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department promptly and efficiently
Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail or packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Manage company office supplies
Process customer invoices
Provide administrative support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Previous reception experience and bilingualism are definite assets
