Duties

Greet visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression. Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate patient records and manage office files. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence. Utilize computer software for managing patient information

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is highly desirable. Familiarity with office procedures are a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using office equipment and computer software applications. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
