Your strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask with exceptional organization will ensure every client feels supported and informed from their very first interaction through to their ongoing care -- whether coordinating appointments for weight managment or guiding them through the setup and successful transmission of their home sleep apnea test.

Answer general enquires about services client can engage in at HOW Clinics and Work Life Wellness and arrange consultations.
Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up and re-arrangement for all clients at HOW Clinics and Work Life Wellness in person or virtually with available schedule.
Educate clients on the process fo the home sleep apnea testing (device setup, Bluetooth pairing, troubleshooting) over the phone or in person.
Facilitate membership contracts, billing, and payments -both HOW Clinics and Work Life Wellness in person or virtually.
Faciliate rerquired client forms, test results, consultations and reports are accessable to client, staff and rerferring physicians for seamless service and experience.
Track and maintain inventory for office and testing supplies.
Support general administrative duties including data entry, and mail/shipping receiving and arrangement.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Qualifications:
Healthcare administration or office management preferred.
Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office environment an asset.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating smartphone settings (Bluetooth, app permissions, connectivity).
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- both verbal and written.
Compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and staff.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Understanding of medical terminology or EMR systems is an advantage.
