Job Summary The incumbent ensures the overall smooth running of the reception. While being directly in customer service, they also assume their team\xe2\x80\x99s supervision, the work schedules and their department\xe2\x80\x99s organization. They could be called upon to replace members of management, as needed.
Main responsibilities Customer Service

  • Optimize customer service at the highest level;
  • Direct all their activities to provide the best possible customer service.
  • Customer service management.
Human Resources Management
  • Schedule management;
  • Ensure the integration of new employees;
  • Ensure a good working climate;
  • Coach and develop their employees\xe2\x80\x99 skills;
  • Plan and maximize workforce productivity.

Merchandizing
  • Follow the merchandizing standards established by the merchandiser;
  • Ensure the perfection of their establishment in terms of their department\xe2\x80\x99s cleanliness, appearance and inventory;
  • Implementation of all OHS components.

Operations
  • Communicate branch needs and concerns to the District Manager;
  • Share and discuss any innovative ideas;
  • Be on the lookout for and share the various market trends in Quebec;
  • Ensure that operations within their establishment exceed customer expectations;
  • Ensure compliance with branch policies and procedures;
  • Implement the branch\xe2\x80\x99s strategic orientations related to business loans.

Finances
  • Achieve sales, payroll, expenses and profitability objectives while minimizing related costs;
  • Review sales results regularly in order to react quickly to problems and maximize profitable sales;
  • Interpret financial reports and act when necessary to follow up on certain results;
  • Respect the time budget allocated to the department.

Required skills and qualifications profile Training/Experience/Certification
  • Hold a high school diploma or the equivalent;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (an asset);
  • Have experience in merchandizing.

Knowledge
  • Have a good knowledge of hardware products, a definite asset;
  • Have a good command of the French language, both orally and in writing, English (an asset);
  • Have skills in using a computer system.

  • Know how to plan and coordinate;
  • Demonstrate rigour, dynamism, integrity, and leadership;
  • Be a good communicator, motivator;
  • Have good physical capacity;
  • Excellent listening skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Loads up to 50 pounds to lift.
