Herder of Cats (Office Admin/Reception/Executive Assistant)

to round out our fun-loving, hardworking team. We require a candidate who is always attentive and isn't afraid to call us out when we get sidetracked (i.e., you're "The Donna" if you're a Suits fan). We want you to bring your colour-coded Marie Kondo and communication talents to our team. Now, the boring stuff. What you'll do:



Calendar management that ranges from wild to wilder Sort, prioritize, and respond to CEO emails Keep our CEO organized, informed, on time, and slightly less chaotic Reception duties, including client greetings, phones, and deliveries General support for clients, visitors, and the internal team Order supplies, maintain stock, and manage office upkeep Organize repairs, liaise with cleaning and security services Handle filing, copying, shredding, and all things administrative Plan staff celebrations and company events Book travel and accommodations Monitor and restock kitchen and office consumables Run errands as required Assist with onboarding new hires

Education and Experience



5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role 3 years of experience in an Office Manager (or similar) role Strong experience and competency with Google Suite applications Very tech-savvy (browser and cloud-based applications), as our workplace is very digital 2-3 professional references from previous workplaces
