Role Overview
Reporting to the Team Lead, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that all visitors and clients receive helpful, consistent, and exceptional customer service.
Key Results
Greet employees and guests professionally and courteously
Answer and direct telephone inquiries
Follow security protocols and practices when admitting external visitors and in emergency situations
Maintain the reception area, ensuring refreshments are stocked and the waiting area is tidy and organized
Assist with catering deliveries and set-up
Coordinate the combined meeting room bookings which includes ensuring set up and take down appointments are set and modified if required
Administrative support as required
Manage general access cards available for sign out at reception
Manage incoming supplies requests and new hire supply packages
Cross train on other team member duties as required

Candidate Profile
Education
High school diploma or GED is a requirement
Skills and Experience
A solid understanding of computers and office equipment is a requirement
Strong ability to remain organized and manage multiple projects and duties and conflicting timelines
Skills to be detail-oriented is a requirement
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Strong fluency in English written and verbal skills is a requirement
Exceptional customer service ethic is that displayed in the passion for the work
