You are an exceptional communicator! You are a customer service guru! Asking questions, digging for information and going above and beyond for the client comes naturally to you.

As the first point of contact for our clients over the phone, your winning personality should easily shine through. You are an active listener, provide great customer service and can effectively connect callers with the right team members, as well as handle answering basic client questions and requests adeptly.

You are creative, and enjoy helping to promote our brand both internally and externally through document and social media creation, staff events, and keeping our workplace going.

WHAT YOU WILL DO






Answer switchboard in a professional manner and direct calls according to clients requirements and based on a rotational team distribution


Review emails received in multiple email mailbox's and distribute accordingly

Preparing, Collecting and distributing mail and courier documents, both incoming and outgoing.

General administrative tasks including but not limited to such as reporting and tracking, ordering supplies, direct and manage maintenance issues and maintaining a clean and orderly office.

Assist our marketing team in Social Media posting of staff events, general news, and brand promotion
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel; Outlook); experience with Canva and Adobe preferred; familiarity with the Insurance industry and Applied Systems EPIC an asset

WHAT WE OFFER






37.5 hours per week; Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule at our Head Office located in Burnaby on Hastings Street
