Here's the scoop - Summary

As part of our Operations team, the

Reception & Site Services Coordinator

will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional services and experiences to our internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for a fun, energetic, and highly organized individual who loves event planning. This onsite position works out of our facility in Acheson, AB and reports to the Plant Director.

What a typical day looks like

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all interactions reflect company values Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related services Plan and execute employee appreciation events Coordinate site tours and meetings Oversee general site services including office supplies, meeting room setups, and common area upkeep Support onboarding activities and orientation for new employees and guests Complete other tasks and or duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Relevant post-secondary education such a Business Administration is an asset Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Ability to quickly learn how to use HRIS and LMS systems. A self-starter, tenacious, driven, and comfortable managing a high-volume workload in a complex and changing environment. Presents oneself as professional in appearance.
